The founding partners of beautiful world have come from very diverse backgrounds.  All have considerable charity experience gained at some of the major agencies in the sector.

Rachel has done time as a client as well.  She is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading authorities on social media for the third sector.

Adam is the last thing you’d expect of a data man: he started out as an art student before finding out he could do facts and figures just as well. He also happens to be a first rate classical guitar player.

Simon has worked on many famous household brands (Lucozade, BUPA, Ford, Microsoft), taken time out to write novels and films, and been drawn back into the industry by a desire to do the world some good.

They are joined by a growing, talented team of individuals who are all (as stipulated by our hiring philosophy) good at more than one thing.
