Women for Women UK – brand development
beautiful world had supported Women for Women UK in its use of digital media for the Join Women on the Bridge campaign. Shortly after the charity turned to us to help it develop and rationalise its brand.
The objective of this project was to establish consistency across all on and offline fundraising, marketing and communications produced by Women for Women UK – particularly between US and UK resources. It wanted a slightly different personality to the US brand that communicated to a UK audience – while still clearly being part of Women for Women International.
Following a comprehensive review of their current collateral, we merged the bright colours being used in the UK with the earthy colours used by the US, and made the visual style clearer and cleaner by focusing on fewer visual elements. The outcome of the project was a brand guidelines document with specific guidelines for a variety of media, a more cohesive look and feel for the UK side of the charity and a very happy client.
